ACT High Quality Pp Plastic Granulation Machine
ACT series single screw extruders and pelletizing systems are professional and reliable systems for high volume recycling and re-granulation operations of rigid plastic scrap. Flake, regrind and crush plastic regranulation of rigid plastics such as PP/PE/ABS/PS/PVB/PA by melting, plasticizing, vacuum degassing and filtering system is an efficient and continuous system.

Feeding
>>> For automatic feeding of plastic flakes, screw feeders and screw loaders are equipped with ASE single screw extruders.
>>> As a standard design, the plastic flakes are fed from the screw loader to the screw feeder, we can also install magnetic frames in the screw loader storage bin to prevent the material from containing metals.
>>> Feeding motor is controlled by ABB/Schneider frequency converter. Level sensor installed in the hopper of the screw feeder for automatic feeding.
Plasticizing and Degassing
>>> Specialized conical twin-screw extruder for gently melting crushed plastic scrap. Capacity range from 400-2000kg/h.
>>> Extrusion section consists of high torque gear box, motor, screw barrel, vacuum degassing system.
>>> Ceramic heater is installed on the barrel as standard heater to heat and melt plastic scrap, and blower to cool the barrel. Optional infrared heater is available, easy to disassemble and install, fast heating speed and energy saving. More efficient heat transfer. Longer service life.

MELT FILTRATION
>>> Plate type screen changer is suitable low MFI material such as HDPE pipe flakes, non-stop, low cost, screen changer diameter can be range from 120mm to Max 400mm.
>>> Piston type screen changer which filtration area can up to 3000cm2, suitable for industry waste plastic recycling.
>>> SCF non-mesh filter, no need change filter mesh,automatic discharge impurities, continous working system high efficiency.
PELLETIZING SYSTEM
>>> For different materials and different usage scenarios, we can provide you different pelletizing systems.
>>> Die-face water ring pelletizing system set as the standard granulating method in ASE system. Pneumatic device to control the blades well touched on the die plate to ensure uniform pellets. RPM of rotatory blades is automatic based on melt extruding pressure.

VIBRATION DRYER AND PACKING SYSTEM
>>> Adv anced dewatering vibration sieve combining with horizontal type centrifugal dewatering present high performance dried pellets and lower energy consumption. Pellets after drying moisture can be controlled within 1%.
