Shredding/Forced Feeding
Pre-shredding, shredding and forced feeding of all kinds of plastic scraps by combining a dedicated shredding rotor with a single-screw extruder in cooperation with a European shredder supplier. Plastic scraps can be in the form of films, bottles, raffia, woven/non-woven bags, fabrics, detergents, blocks. It is a universal system for all kinds of plastic scraps in all conditions.
Plasticizing Degassing
A specialized single-screw extruder for gently melting crushed plastic scrap. The processed trimmings are melted and plasticized in the 32D processing section. A two-zone vacuum degassing system is used to effectively remove volatiles such as moisture and low molecules, making it particularly suitable for re-granulation of heavy printing and moisture-sensitive plastic scrap.
