Aceretech's ATE series of twin-screw extrusion pelletizing machine is used for recycling PET bottle/sheet/film flakes, regular solid polymer flakes, and polymer compounding.

ATE OEM ODM Pelletizer Granulator

ACERETECH ATE series co-rotating parallel twin-screw extrusion pelletizer consists of motor drive, torque distribution gearbox, processing section, temperature control unit, die section and downstream pelletizing system, which is a professional and reliable system.

ATE twin-screw extruder adopts the modular design principle, with standardized manufacturing of components for stable and reliable performance.

Thanks to the modular principle, ATE extruders can offer highly customizable solutions according to the customer's process and special requirements. Depending on the output torque level, the ATE series extruders are divided into basic and efficiency models.

A variety of cutting systems can be combined with ATE twin-screw extruders, such as strip pelletizing, hot surface pelletizing, underwater pelletizing, etc.

Typical applications:

1.Fiber reinforcement: glass fiber, carbon fiber reinforced PP, PA, PBT, ABS, AS, PC, POM, PPS, PET, PPO, PSF, LCP, etc.

2. Polymer blending: PC+ABS, PA+ABS, CPE+ABS, PP+EPDM, PA+SBS and other blends.

3. Filler blending: CaCO3, Tale, TiO2, carbon black filled PE, PP, or EVA, etc.

4. Cable material: cable sheathing and cable insulation material of LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, MDPE; radiation cross-linking material, fiber protection material, heat shrinkable polymer material.

5. Special compounds: PPR pipe compounds, PE compounds for cross-linked pipes, tobacco filter compounds, etc.

6. High concentration masterbatches: PE, ABS, PS, EVA, PET, PP, etc., containing high concentration pigments and other processing aids.

7. Flame retardant masterbatches: PP, PA, ABS, EVA, PBT, etc. with flame retardants and other additives.

8. Special function masterbatches: masterbatches containing antistatic, antibacterial or other special function fillers.

9. Degradable polymer masterbatches: PP, PE, PS, etc. with high concentration of starch and other processing aids.

3 (1) FEEDING

>>> For automatic feeding of plastic flakes, screw feeders and screw loaders are equipped with ASE single screw extruders.

>>> As a standard design, the plastic flakes are fed from the screw loader to the screw feeder, we can also install magnetic frames in the screw loader storage bin to prevent the material from containing metals.

>>> Feeding motor is controlled by ABB/Schneider frequency converter. Level sensor installed in the hopper of the screw feeder for automatic feeding.

4 (1) MELT FILTRATION

>>> Conventional single plate/piston duplex screen changer or non-stop double plate/piston quadruple screen changer can be installed on the extruder head to provide significant filtration performance. The requirements for the filtration technology depend to a large extent on the quality of the input material and the planned use of the particles. High efficiency.

5 (1) PELLETIZING SYSTEM

>>> The die face water ring pelletizing system is defined as the standard pelletizing method in the ACSS-HTM system.

>>> Self-regulating pelletizing head for optimum pellet quality and long uptime due to always correct blade pressure. The rotating blade speed is automatically adjusted to the melt extrusion pressure.

7 SOFT WATER COOLING SYSTEM

>>> Inlet and outlet water pipe material is stainless steel. Manual valve to adjust the flow of cooling water; Solenoid valve is to control the opening and closing of incoming cooling water.

>>> Advanced dewatering vibrating screen combined with horizontal centrifugal dewatering presents high performance dried particles and lower energy consumption.
