One of the most common types of plastic recycling machine extrusion waste is eccentricity, and various types of bending of the core are one of the important reasons for the insulation eccentricity. In sheath extrusion, scratches on the surface of the sheath are half caused by the bending motion of the cable core. The straightening device is very important in various extrusion units.
The main types are drum type. Pulley types include single pulley and block pulley. Winch pulley, traction, straightening, stable tension, and other functions. The pressure wheel type is divided into horizontal and vertical.
Cable core preheating is required for both insulation extrusion and sheath extrusion. The insulation layer, especially the thin layer of the insulation layer is not allowed to have the existence of pores.
The water, oil, and dirt impurities on the surface of the core can be completely removed utilizing high-temperature preheating before extrusion. For the extrusion of the sheath, the main function is to dry the cable core and prevent the role of moisture (or moisture around the cushion) to make the possibility of porosity in the sheath. Preheating also prevents the plastic from being crushed by sudden cooling and residual internal pressure. In the process of plastic recycling machine extruding plastic, preheating can eliminate the temperature difference between the mold mouth and the plastic when the cold wire enters the high-temperature head.
Thus avoid the fluctuation of extrusion pressure caused by plastic temperature fluctuation, to stabilize the extrusion quantity and ensure the extrusion quality. The extruder unit adopts an electric heating core preheating device. A plastic recycling machine is required to have sufficient capacity and ensure rapid temperature rise so that the core preheating and cable core drying efficiency is high. The preheating temperature is affected by the wire discharge speed and is generally similar to the head temperature.
The formed plastic extrusion layer after leaving the head of the plastic recycling machine is immediately cooled and shaped, otherwise, it will be deformed under the action of gravity. The cooling method is usually water cooling. The different water temperatures are divided into rapid cooling and slow cooling two ways. The quick cooling operation is to cool the machine directly with cold water.
Rapid cooling is beneficial to sizing the extruded layer of plastics. But for the crystalline polymer, the sudden thermal cooling, and the residual stress in the extrusion layer is easy to cause cracking. And the general PVC plastic layer uses rapid cooling.
