It is mainly used for the production of PP-R, PE pipes with a diameter of 16 mm to 160 mm and PE-RT pipes with a diameter of 16 to 32 mm. Equipped with suitable downstream equipment, multi-layer PP-R pipes, PP-R glass fibre pipes, PE-RT and EVOH pipes can also be produced. With many years of experience in plastic pipe extrusion, we have also developed a high speed PP-R/PE pipe extrusion line with a maximum production speed of 35m/min (based on 20mm pipe).

Advantages:
This pipe extrusion line adopt energy efficient single screw extruder with special mould, production efficiency than single high-speed production line increased by 30%, energy consumption lower than 20%, also effectively reduced labor costs. The production of PE-RT or PE pipes can be realized by the appropriate transformation of the machine.

The machine could adopt PLC control and color large screen liquid crystal display screen composed of control system, the operation is simple, linkage across the board, machine adjustment, automatic fault alarm, the whole line appearance, stable and reliable production.

PP-R Pipe machine is mainly used in the production of agricultural drainage, water supply and drainage, and cable laying, etc.purposes. The unit consists of single extruder machine, mold, vacuum forming tank, multi-claw haul-off machine, planetary(chipless/non-dust cutter) cutting machine, stacker and so on. And the line can be equipped with Comptroller thickening instrument or computer ink-jet printer, etc. to achieve the production and manufacture of high-grade tubing.
