Customizable Corrugated Drain Pipe Production Machine

It is widely used to produce HDPE water supply pipes and gas supply pipes. It can manufacture HDPE pipes with diameters from 16mm to 1600mm. This HDPE pipe extrusion line has many years of experience in developing and designing plastic machinery, with unique structure, novel design, reasonable layout of the whole production line of the equipment and reliable control performance. According to different requirements, this HDPE pipe can be designed as a multi-layer pipe extrusion line.

Advantages

1、 HDPE pipe extruder adopts high efficiency screw and barrel, slotted feed barrel and powerful water jacket cooler, which greatly improves its conveying capacity and ensures high efficiency extrusion. The gear box is a hard gear box with self-lubricating system. The motor is a Siemens standard motor, and the speed is controlled by ABB inverter. The control system is controlled by Siemens PLC or push button.

2. The basket type compound head for PE processing not only ensures extrusion stability at high speed, but also achieves minimum stress and highest pipe quality at low temperature.

3.The PE pipe consists of adding machine, single screw extruder, pipe die, vacuum calibration tank, 2 spray cooling tanks, triple track tractor, dust free cutting machine and stacker.

4. The vacuum calibration water tank adopts double chamber structure with vacuum calibration and cooling part. Both the vacuum tank and spray cooling tank are made of 304# stainless steel. The superior vacuum system ensures the precise size of the pipes; the spray cooling can improve the cooling efficiency; the automatic water temperature control system makes the machine more intelligent.

5. A multi-pedal tractor with all pedals driven by a central motor is used to achieve a high degree of synchronization and to ensure the roundness of the pipes. The instrument code allows the pipe length to be calculated during the production process. The cutting system adopts dust-free cutting machine and PLC control system.

6. A high speed, precision designed low noise cutter. It is also equipped with a powerful scrap attractor to minimize maintenance work.
