Customizable Corrugated Drain Pipe Production Machine

It is widely used to produce HDPE water supply pipes and gas supply pipes. It can manufacture HDPE pipes with diameters from 16mm to 1600mm. This HDPE pipe extrusion line has many years of experience in developing and designing plastic machinery, with unique structure, novel design, reasonable layout of the whole production line of the equipment and reliable control performance. According to different requirements, this HDPE pipe can be designed as a multi-layer pipe extrusion line.

Advantages

1、 HDPE pipe extruder adopts high efficiency screw and barrel, slotted feed barrel and powerful water jacket cooler, which greatly improves its conveying capacity and ensures high efficiency extrusion. The gear box is a hard gear box with self-lubricating system. The motor is a Siemens standard motor, and the speed is controlled by ABB inverter. The control system is controlled by Siemens PLC or push button.

2. The basket type compound head for PE processing not only ensures extrusion stability at high speed, but also achieves minimum stress and highest pipe quality at low temperature.

3. This PE pipe line is composed by material charger、Single screw extruder 、pipe mold、vacuum calibration tank、2sets spraying cooling tank 、three caterpillar haul-off machine、no-dust cutter、stacker.
4. The tank body of vacuum calibration tank adopt two chamber structure the vacuum calibration and cooling parts. Both of vacuum tank and spraying cooling tank adopt stainless steel 304#. The excellent vacuum system ensures the precise sizing for pipes;spraying cooling will improve the cooling efficiency; Auto water temperature control system make the machine more intelligent.

5. Adopt multi-pedal tractor to drive all pedals through central motor to get synchronous height and guarantees pipe roundness.With meter code, it can count the pipe length during the production. Cutting system adopt no-dust cutter with PLC control system.

6. The high-speed, precise designed cutting machine is low in noise. And it is also equipped with strong scrap attracting device to reduce the work of maintenance to the lowest degree.
