To meet the market demand, ACERETECH has developed and launched an environmentally friendly 3-in-1 plastic pelletizing and recycling system, the ACS-PRO compaction pelletizer, which has excellent degassing and filtering performance for recycling.
It is different from conventional pelletizing lines. This ACS-PRO is the new standard recycling and pelletizing system with optimized extra long L/D ratio, filtering before vacuum degassing, especially suitable for recycling and pelletizing of waste plastics such as highly contaminated and heavy printing.

The equipment includes belt conveyor / haul-off feeder, compactor, single screw extruder, intermediate filtration system, dual zone vacuum degassing system, second filtration system, water ring pelletizing system / underwater pelletizing / water strand pelletizing system / in-water pelletizing system, dryer, product silo and electrical cabinet control system.
Through a thorough understanding of the characteristics of different plastic materials and the modular design, the ACS-PRO pelletizer optimizes the size reduction and preheating process of the compactor to avoid overheating or degradation. A compactor drive controlled by a frequency converter and a sliding door device installed at the exit of the compactor chamber to ensure that the ACS-PRO handles not only loose material recycling but also rigid regrind material regranulation.

Equipped with vacuum tank for storing impurities, small molecules or oil in the exhaust.
MELT FILTRATION

Economical and efficient, easy to operate;
