LS Series Production Equipment Automatic Pp Pe Film Plastic Recycling Shredding Machine
The LS series single shaft light duty shredders are designed for small size and wall thickness scrap plastic products. This series of shredders has a tangential feed to eliminate the need for a hydraulic feed system. Rotor widths of 600mm and 800mm with outer bearings and E-type smooth rotors are driven by reduction gears. The rotor knife is fixed to the rotor by moving the knife holder. The rotor cutter uses a square cutter with a notch in the center.The 4 corners of the rotor knives can be used alternately and each knife can be used 4 times in a row. 60rpm ultra-low speed combined with the compact design of the shredder itself makes the shredder quieter when shredding. The plug-and-play intelligent control system ensures that the unit is always ready to go. Compared to other large shredders, the LS Series has a small footprint and is flexible and easy to maintain.
