LS Series Woven Bags Machine Plastic Shredder
Introduction
The LS Series Woven Bags Machine Plastic Shredder is specifically designed for small size and wall thickness of scrap plastic products. This series of shredders has a tangential feed to eliminate the need for a hydraulic feed system. The outer bearing and E-type smooth rotor with rotor widths of 600mm and 800mm are driven by a reduction gear. The rotor knife is fixed to the rotor by a moving knife holder. The rotor knife uses a square knife with a notch in the middle. The 4 corners of the rotor knives can be used alternately and each knife can be used 4 times continuously. 60rpm ultra low speed combined with the compact design of the shredder itself makes the shredder much quieter when shredding.
Suitable For Materials
The LS series shredders are designed for small to medium sized parts such as: small volume and wall thickness pipes, waste hollow for plastic manufacturing, sheets, profiles, injection manufacturing clumps and blow-offs.
