It is mainly used for the production of PP-R, PE pipes with a diameter of 16 mm to 160 mm and PE-RT pipes with a diameter of 16 to 32 mm. Equipped with suitable downstream equipment, multi-layer PP-R pipes, PP-R glass fibre pipes, PE-RT and EVOH pipes can also be produced. With many years of experience in plastic pipe extrusion, we have also developed a high speed PP-R/PE pipe extrusion line with a maximum production speed of 35m/min (based on 20mm pipe).

This pipe extrusion line uses an energy-saving single-screw extruder with a special die, which increases production efficiency by 30% compared to a single high-speed line and consumes less than 20% of energy, also effectively reducing labour costs. the production of PE-RT or PE pipes can be achieved by appropriate modifications to the machine

The machine can be controlled by a PLC control and a control system consisting of a large colour LCD screen, simple operation, full line linkage, machine adjustment, automatic fault alarm, full line aesthetics, stable and reliable production.

The PP-R pipe machine is mainly used for the production of agricultural drainage, water supply and drainage, cable laying and other industries. The machine consists of single extruder, die, vacuum forming tank, multi-jaw haul-off machine, planetary (chip/dust-free cutting machine) cutting machine and stacker. And the line can be equipped with Compton thickener or computerised inkjet printer etc. to achieve the manufacturing of high-grade pipes.
