TUV/BV Certification Recycling Machine For Plastic Technology

The acs series compaction and pelletizing systems combine crushing, compaction, plasticizing and pelletizing functions for plastic recycling and pelletizing processes. acs systems are a reliable and efficient solution for the regranulation of plastic film, cotton wool, filament, bags, woven bags and foams.
The acs system produces a final product of pellets/granules that can be fed directly into production lines for blown film, pipe extrusion and plastic injection.

TUV/BV Certification Recycling Machine For Plastic Technology

To meet the market demand, ACERETECH has developed and launched an environmentally friendly three-in-one plastic pelletizing and recycling system, the ACSS-HTM two-stage extruder compaction pelletizer.

It is different from the traditional pelletizing line. This ACSS-HTM intelligent plastic recycling pelletizer pays more attention to the protection of the physical property of environmental plastics and can maintain the plasticity, toughness and durability of the original environmental plastics as much as possible.

Machine Working Process:

The equipment includes the belt conveyor/ hauling off feeding device, compactor, single screw extruder with double zone vacuum degassing system, filters, VACUUM DEGASSING SYSTEM, second stage extruder, second  filter, water-ring pelletzing system/ under-water pelletizing/ water strands pelletizing system/ under water strands pelletizing system, dryer, product silo and electric cabinet control system.

With well understanding of characteristics of different plastic materials and modular design, ACSS-HTM pelletizing machine optimizes size-reduction and pre-heating precess in the compactor, avoids over-heating or degradation. And with precise temperature control and optimized plasticization design, it ensures reliable quality of plastic granules.

FEEDING &COMPACTING

>> A wide variety of intelligent feeding options are available for:

Belt conveyor for plastic scrap;

Roll scrap with optional roll traction device;

Feeding speed automatically.

>>> Powerful crushing and compaction device:

Rotating blades of the compactor will cut the incoming scrap;

Frictional heating will dry and compact the material;

Direct feeding from the compactor to the extruder.

Sliding door makes it possible to handle film and rigid scrap.

EXTRUSION & DEGASSING

>> Special single-screw extruder:

Equipped with an integrated design with high torque gearbox;

36D to 42D handling section for slow melting of plastics;

Bimetallic screw and barrel with twice the usual service life.

>>Dual-zone vacuum degassing system:

Dual-zone degassing for effective removal of volatiles;

Equipped with vacuum tank for storing impurities, small molecules or oil in the exhaust.

THE SECOND STAGE EXTRUDER MACHINE

>>With this second stage extruder, you will implement another vacuum degassing system between the two stages of the extruder, which removes most of the high printing from the material. In addition, there will be another filtration system at the end of the second stage extruder, which facilitates the recovery of highly contaminated material.
