PLASTICIZING AND DEGASSING

A specialized single-screw extruder for gentle melting of crushed plastic scrap. The processed scrap should be melted and plasticized on a 32D processing section. A two-zone vacuum degassing system is used to effectively remove volatiles such as moisture and low molecules, which is especially suitable for re-granulation of heavy printing and moisture sensitive plastic scrap.

MELT FILTRATION
