The XS Series shredder is a heavy-duty single-shaft shredder with a powerful two-speed oscillating hydraulic thruster.This design avoids material clogging and reduces internal rail wear.The model is welded with a special welding process.The mechanical structure is stronger.Single crushing capacity is 30-40% higher than other brands.It is suitable for recycling all kinds of waste materials. The shredder is equipped with diameter 750mm ACERETECH effective V type rotor with width ranging from 1500mm to 3000m. The low speed of 45rpm ensures smooth operation with high torque.The hydraulic workstation is tightly integrated with the shredder room to save space and protect the hydraulic station for easy replacement and maintenance.XS series heavy single shaft crusher adopts intelligent PLC control system.Rotors can be hardened and wear-resistant according to customer requirements.According to the characteristics of different crushing materials, we provide customers with optional water cooling system.
