    CPVC Pipe Production Line

    1.Main Extruder


    * The extruder is the core equipment in the PVC pipe extrusion production line, responsible for feeding the PVC raw materials into the extruder evenly and continuously for melting and plasticization. The equipment adopts advanced design concepts and manufacturing processes to ensure the stability and efficiency of the feeding process.
    * Used twin-screw feeder with feeding stability and anti-powder bridge;
    Main features:
    Efficient feeding: The forced feeding device is used to ensure that the raw materials enter the extruder quickly and evenly, improving production efficiency.
    Precise control: Equipped with a precise metering system, the feeding amount can be adjusted according to production needs to ensure the stability of the size and quality of the pipe.

    2.Mold


    Application of PVC pipe: solid wall pipe, foam inner spiral silencer pipe, hollow wall inner spiral pipe, water supply pipe, drainage pipe, spiral reinforcement pipe, mining pipe, communication gateway (wire and cable) PVC fiber reinforced hose (network pipe or snake skin pipe), pipe diameter range from 10mm-630mm.
    The mold is a key component in the PVC pipe extrusion production line, responsible for molding the molten PVC material into pipes of specific size and shape. Its design accuracy and manufacturing quality directly affect the final quality of the pipe.
    Mold type:
    bracket type or co extrusion composite mold, made of high-quality mold steel, using stainless steel or copper sizing sleeve.
    The use of a split bracket die design can ensure the quality of PVC products. Its Advantages:
    1. Low die pressure and shortest melt residence time
    2. The channel overall flow characteristics are very good
    3. Ideal stay time and the ability to set target temperature guidance for cutting sensitive materials
    4. Excellent wall thickness control
    Mold is an important factor affecting the process, and the quality of mold shape can reduce or increase the difficulty of process adjustment.

    3.Vacuum Tank


    The air cooler efficiently cools down the extruded pipes, ensuring they reach the desired temperature for further processing. It maintains optimal cooling efficiency by evenly distributing air, preventing uneven cooling that could affect the product quality. The compact design of the air cooler also saves space while offering reliable performance.
    1. Efficient cooling
    Quick cooling: The pipe is cooled quickly by circulating cooling water, so that the pipe solidifies quickly and maintains the required shape and size.
    Uniform cooling: Ensure that the outer wall of the pipe fits evenly on the shaping die to achieve uniform cooling and avoid deformation of the pipe.
    2. Accurate shaping
    Maintaining shape: The shaping die ensures that the pipe maintains a uniform circular cross-section during the cooling process to avoid deformation.
    Uniform wall thickness: The vacuum suction makes the outer wall of the pipe close to the shaping die, thereby obtaining a uniform wall thickness and a smooth surface, reducing the internal stress and surface defects of the pipe
    3. Intelligent control
    Automatic control: Equipped with an automatic control system to adjust the water level, water temperature and vacuum degree, two-stage vacuum tank, independent frequency conversion control, and abnormal vacuum alarm to ensure the stability of the production process.

    4.Haul-off


    The haul-off unit smoothly pulls the extruded pipes, ensuring a consistent pulling force for uniform pipe shape and size. It prevents deformation or uneven stretching during the process, allowing for precise control over the pipe production. The adjustable speed feature also accommodates varying production requirements.

    5.Cutter


    The cutting machine accurately cuts the extruded pipes to the required lengths, ensuring clean and precise cuts. It operates with high efficiency, minimizing material waste and maintaining consistent cut quality throughout the production. The automated operation also reduces the need for manual intervention, enhancing overall productivity.

    6. Stacker


    The stacker provides an efficient solution for organizing and storing pipes, allowing for safe and orderly stacking.
