Plastics and Rubber Indonesia 2019
ACERETECH participated in Indonesia Plastics and Rubber 2019 held at Jakarta International Fair in Kemayoran, Indonesia from November 20 to 23, 2019. Our booth number is C7617.
Indonesia's plastics industry is growing at a healthy rate, in line with the country's growing consumption of everything from food and beverages to automotive parts. Despite the global economic slowdown, Indonesia's plastics market is set to grow at a slow rate of 7.75 percent. Per capita plastic consumption in Indonesia remains low at 10 kg per year, compared to 56 kg in Thailand and 45 kg in Malaysia (Ministry of Trade and Industry), leaving plenty of room for future growth.
ACERETECH sees the great potential of the Indonesian plastics market and therefore attaches great importance to it. In order to let our customers know our machines better, we brought our product ACS300/80 compaction and pelletizing machine to this exhibition.
During this exhibition, many visitors were attracted by our machines and stopped to ask detailed information about our machines.
By communicating with our customers, we learn about their needs and material information, and then recommend the correct machine model to them. We also introduce our customers to several key advantages of plastic granulators and recyclers:
1. Combines crushing, compaction, plasticizing and granulation functions into one step.
2. Adopting intelligent PLC control system, it can realize "one key" start and "one key" stop, saving manpower and machine cost.
3. The embedded PLC module allows customers to remotely monitor the operation of the machine via cell phone.
4.We can recycle PP, PE, ABS, PS, HIPS, EPS, EPE, PET, PTT, PC, POM, TPV materials such as film, cotton wool, filament, bags, woven bags, foam and rigid materials.
After fully understanding our machine, the customer gave us a thumbs up.
In the future, ACERETECH will improve itself by combining the excellent experience of its predecessors with the unique local needs of the plastics recycling industry to provide the most appropriate recycling solution for each individual.
