Usually we have the following steps to deal with a complete PET bottle, sorting → crushing → washing → drying.
PET waste bottles are dirty and must be rigorously cleaned to remove oil, dust and other debris before they are granulated.In addition, discarded PET bottles often come with attachments such as caps, labels, and bottom holders, as they are often made of PP/PE and other materials and are therefore not compatible with PET.
Therefore, in the recycling and pelletizing process of waste PET bottles, these accessories must be sorted out separately.
