Maybe you don't know much about PTT? PTT is named as trimethyl terephthalate and was originally used in the fiber industry. However, PTT has similar physical properties to PET and better processing properties than PBT, making it a promising engineering plastic. In addition, PTT reinforced materials are better than PET and PBT.

The raw material is PTT waste fiber. the size of PTT waste fiber is about 40mm after the shredder.
Our machine configuration: ACS800/120 compaction and pelletizing machine with double plate and underwater automatic stretch strand pelletizing system.
The temperature of the compactor rises quickly at first, but slowly after 80 degrees. It takes about 2.5 hours for the compactor to reach 110 degrees.
When the temperature of the compactor reaches the set value, the main machine starts plasticizing and pelletizing. The final granule is perfect.
