The XS series shredder is a heavy duty single shaft shredder with a powerful two speed oscillating hydraulic propeller. This design prevents the occurrence of material blockages and reduces wear and tear on the internal guides. The model is welded using a special welding process. Stronger mechanical construction. The crushing capacity of the single machine is 30-40% higher than other brands. It is suitable for recycling all kinds of waste materials. The shredder is equipped with a 750 mm diameter ACERETECH effective V-rotor with a width range of 1500 mm to 3000 m. The low speed of 45 rpm ensures smooth operation with high torque. The hydraulic workstation is tightly integrated into the shredder chamber, saving space and protecting the hydraulic station for easy replacement and maintenance. XS series heavy duty single shaft shredders feature an intelligent PLC control system. The rotor can be surface hardened and wear resistant according to customer requirements. Optional water cooling systems are available for our customers depending on the characteristics of the different crushed materials.

SHREDDER MAIN SHAFT
