The ADS series single screw extruder and pelletizing system is a specialized and reliable system for the recycling and regrinding of rigid plastic scrap. It is a highly efficient and continuous system for regranulating rigid plastics (e.g. PP/PE/ABS/PS/PSB/PA flakes), regrinded and crushed plastics into pellets through melting, plasticizing, vacuum degassing and filtering systems.

The ADS series single screw extruder and pelletizing system is a specialized and reliable system for the recycling and regrinding of rigid plastic scrap. FEEDING

>>For automatic feeding of plastic flakes, the screw loader and screw feeder are equipped with an ASE single-screw extruder.

>>>As a standard design, the plastic flakes are fed to the screw feeder through the screw loader; we can also install magnetic frames in the screw loader storage silo as an option to prevent the presence of metal inside the material;

>>>The feeder motor is controlled by ABB/Schneider inverter; the level sensor installed in the screw feeder hopper helps to achieve automatic filling.

PLASTICIZING AND DEGASSING

>> A special single-screw extruder for gentle melting of crushed plastic chips. Capacity range is 150-1000kg/h.

>>>The extrusion part consists of high torque gear box, motor, screw and barrel, vacuum degassing system.

>>>The screw and barrel are made of bimetal material for longer service life.

>>>Ceramic heater is installed on the barrel as standard heater for heating and melting plastic scrap, and blower for cooling the barrel.


6 (1) THE SECOND STAGE EXTRUDER MACHINE

>>> With this second stage extruder, you will achieve another vacuum degassing system between the two stage extruders, it can remove the most of the high printing on the material. Also, you will have another filter system at the end of the second stage extruder, which is good for high contaminated material recycling.

MELT FILTRATION

>>> Plate type screen changer is suitable low MFI material such as HDPE pipe flakes, non-stop, low cost, screen changer diameter can be range from 120mm to Max 400mm.

>>> Piston type screen changer which filtration area can up to 3000cm2, suitable for industry waste plastic recycling.

>>> SCF non-mesh filter, no need change filter mesh, automatic discharge impurities, continous working system high efficiency.
