To meet the market demand, ACERETECH has developed and launched an environmentally friendly three-in-one plastic pelletizing and recycling system, the ACS-PRO compacting and pelletizing machine, with excellent degassing and filtering performance for easy recycling.
Unlike conventional pelletizing lines, ACS-PRO is a new standard recycling pelletizing system with optimized extra-long aspect ratio and filtration before vacuum degassing, which is especially suitable for highly polluting, heavy printing recycling and other waste plastics and pelletizing.

The equipment includes belt conveyor / traction feeding device, compactor, single screw extruder, intermediate filtration system, dual zone vacuum degassing system, secondary filtration system, water ring pelletizing system / underwater pelletizing / water pulling strip pelletizing system / underwater pelletizing pulling strip pelletizing system, dryer, product silo and electric cabinet control system.
With well understanding of characteristics of different plastic materials and modular design, ACS-PRO pelletizing machine optimizes size-reduction and pre-heating precess in the compactor, avoids over-heating or degradation. The drive of compactor contolled by inverter, together with sliding gate device installed on the outlet of compactor room, to guarantee ACS-PRO not only handle loosing material recycling but also rigid regrinds material re-pelletizing.
