The acs series compacting and pelletizing system combines function of crushing, compacting, plasticization and pelletizing to one step.applied in the plastics recycling and pelletizing process. ACS system is a reliable and efficiency solution for plastics films, raffias, filaments, bags, woven bags and foaming materials re-pelletizing.
Final productions produced by acs system are in the form of pellets/ granules, can directly put into the production line for film blowing, pipe extrusion and plastics injection, etc.

In order to meet the market demand, ACERETECH Technology has developed and launched an environmentally friendly three-in-one plastic pelletizing and recycling machine - ACSS two-stage extrusion press pelletizing machine.

Unlike traditional pelletizing lines, this ACSS intelligent plastic recycling pelletizer focuses more on protecting the physical properties of environmentally friendly plastics and is able to maintain the plasticity, toughness and durability of the original environmentally friendly plastics as much as possible.

Machine working process:

The equipment includes belt conveyor / haul-off feeding device, compactor, single screw extruder with dual zone vacuum degassing system, filter, vacuum degassing system, secondary extruder, secondary filter, water ring pelletizing system / underwater pelletizing / water stranding pelletizing system / underwater strip pulling pelletizing system, dryer, product silo and electric control cabinet control system.

By fully understanding the characteristics of different plastic materials and modular design, the ACSS pelletizer optimizes the size reduction and preheating process in the compactor to avoid overheating or degradation. And through precise temperature control and optimized plasticizing design, it ensures reliable plastic pellet quality.

FEEDING &COMPACTING

>>> Multiple selection of smart feeding method:

Plastic scraps can choose belt conveyor;

Rolls’ scraps can choose roll hauling off device;

Feeding speed is automatically.

>>> Strong crushing and compacting unit:

Rotatory blades of compactor will cut up incoming scraps;

Frictional heating will dry and compacts the materials;

Feed from the compactor directly into the extruder.

Sliding gate make it can handle both film and rigid scraps.

EXTRUSION & DEGASSING

>>> Specialized single screw extruder:

Equipped with high torque gearbox with integrated design;

36D to 42D processing section to gently melt the plastics;

Bi-metal Screws and barrels ensure 2 times use life than usual.

>>> Double-zone vacuum degassing system

Double-zone degassing can remove the volatiles efficiency;

Equipped with vacuum tank, which store the impurities, small molecules or oil stains from the exhaust.

THE SECOND STAGE EXTRUDER MACHINE

>>> With this second stage extruder, you will achieve another vacuum degassing system between the two stage extruders, it can remove the most of the high printing on the material. Also, you will have another filter system at the end of the second stage extruder, which is good for high contaminated material recycling.

MELT FILTRATION

>>> Plate type double station filter:

>>> Piston type large area filter:

Suitable for heavy contaminated material;

Suitable for large capacity recycling machine;

Product silo:

All pipes and silos wrapped with sound -proofing cotton;
