ATE Series Professional Team Waste Plastic Pp Pe Film Granule Making Machine

ACERETECH ATE series co-rotating parallel twin-screw extrusion pelletizer consists of motor drive, torque distribution gearbox, processing section, temperature control unit, die section and downstream pelletizing system, which is a professional and reliable system.

ATE twin-screw extruders are manufactured using a modular design principle with standardized components for stable and reliable performance.

Thanks to the modular principle, ATE extruders can offer highly customized solutions according to the customer's process and special requirements. Depending on the output torque level, the ATE series extruders are available in basic and efficiency versions.

Multi-cutting systems can be combined with ATE twin-screw extruders, such as strand pelletizing, hot surface cutting and underwater pelletizing.

Typical Applications:

1. Fiber reinforced: glass fiber, carbon fiber reinforced PP, PA, PBT, ABS, AS, PC, POM, PPS, PET, PPO, PSF, LCP, etc.

2.Polymer blending: PC+ABS, PA+ABS, CPE+ABS, PP+EPDM, PA+SBS and other blends.

3.Add filler: CaCO3, Tale, TiO2, carbon black filled PE, PP or EVA, etc.

4.Cable compounds: cable sheathing and cable insulation compounds for LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, MDPE; radiation cross-linking compounds, fiber optic protection compounds, heat shrinkable polymer compounds.

5.Special Compounds :PPR pipe compounds,PE compounds for crosslinked pipes,tobacco filter compounds,etc

6.High Concentration Color Masterbatches: PE,ABS,PS,EVA,PET,PP etc. With high concentration of pigments and other procrssing aids.

7.Masterbatches with Flame Retardants:PP,PA,ABS,EVA,PBT etc.with flame retardants and other additives.

8.Special Functional Masterbatches :Masterbatches with anti-static,anti-abcteria ,or other special functional fillers.

9.Masterbatches for Degradable Polymers:PP,PE,PS etc. Blended with high concentration of starch and other processing aids.

FEEDING

>>For automatic feeding of plastic flakes, the screw loader and screw feeder are equipped with an ASE single-screw extruder.

>>>As a standard design, the plastic flakes are fed to the screw feeder through the screw loader; we can also install magnetic frames in the screw loader storage silo as an option to prevent the presence of metal inside the material.

>>>The feeder motor is controlled by ABB/Schneider inverter; the level sensor installed in the screw feeder hopper helps to achieve automatic filling.

MELT FILTRATION

>>Conventional single plate/piston duplex screen changers or uninterrupted double plate/piston quadruple screen changers can be installed in the extruder head to provide significant filtration performance. The requirements for filtration technology are highly dependent on the quality of the input material and the planned use of the particles. High efficiency.

PELLETIZING SYSTEM

>>>In the ACSS-HTM system, the die face water ring pelletizing system is set as the standard pelletizing method.

>>Automatic adjustment of the pelletizing head results in optimum pelletizing quality and long running times, thanks to always correct blades. The speed of the rotating blades is automatically adjusted to the melt extrusion pressure.

>>The material of input and output piping is stainless steel. Manual valves for regulating the flow of cooling water; solenoid valves for controlling the opening and closing of the incoming cooling water.
